Can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else when choosing donate.pay?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Can I get a free SSL certificate for datarepublic.dot?

Yes. Free, automatically renewing certificates from Let's Encrypt work on datarepublic.dot just like any other domain once DNS points to your host. Can Amazon Registry reserve or block some .PAY names for online checkout?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
