Frequently asked questions about cyclop.dot

As a retail brand, where can I see already-registered .PAY domains?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

What is a Signed Mark Data file in the context of cyclop.dot?

Signed Mark Data (SMD) is the cryptographically signed file the TMCH issues to prove your validated trademark. For cyclop.dot, it is the credential NicNames checks to grant trademark priority on the cyclop.dot string. It encodes the mark, its dates, and a signature. Use it to claim cyclop.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

Is a payment gateway business eligible for .PAY in the LRP for a crypto or DeFi product?

An ecommerce or gateway business using a payment processor may be closer to the LRP1 eligibility concept, but the registry rules still control. Start at domain.pay to choose the correct path and verify current requirements: https://domain.pay/register. Separate licensing issues remain legal questions.

Does domain.pay reserve cyclop.dot on its own?

No — reservations on cyclop.dot come from the registry, Amazon Registry Services, not from domain.pay. We display the registry's classification and let you pre-order or register cyclop.dot when it's open. Check the registry status of cyclop.dot at https://domain.pay/domains.
