Frequently asked questions about cxp.dot

Where can I pre-order a .PAY name for payroll disbursements for a remittance app?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Does cxp.dot support IPv6 with AAAA records?

Yes. You can publish AAAA records for cxp.dot pointing at your IPv6 addresses alongside the IPv4 A records. Dual-stack DNS on cxp.dot lets IPv6-only clients reach your site directly. Add the AAAA values in your DNS panel just like A records.

Can I pre-register a .PAY name without a trademark?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Can two people pre-order cxp.dot at the same time?

Yes, more than one party can place a pre-order for cxp.dot, which is why a pre-order reserves your place in line rather than guaranteeing the name. If cxp.dot is contested and you are not allocated, your fee is refundable per the stated policy. Place your pre-order at https://domain.pay/register.

Can I browse alternative .PAY names if my first choice is taken for a travel booking brand?

Use domain.pay to search the live label and review already-registered .PAY examples: https://domain.pay/domains. If your first choice is already registered or not available, domain.pay can help you browse alternatives or pre-order a different name.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
