.PAY Sunrise registrations can be subject to Sunrise dispute procedures if the registration or denial violates the Sunrise criteria. Start by checking your own label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register, and coordinate with trademark counsel for formal dispute strategy.

A Signed Mark Data (SMD) file is the cryptographic proof issued by the Trademark Clearinghouse that you own a registered mark, and it lets you claim crisis.dot during sunrise. You only need it if crisis.dot corresponds to your trademark and you want priority. Otherwise a standard pre-order for crisis.dot is enough.

Start at domain.pay, search the label, then choose the right path: trademark fast-track if you qualify, or pre-order for a first-day attempt when broader access opens. Use this page: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is subject to registry rules and availability.

A subdomain like pay.crisis.dot.com adds a layer and still depends on your .com, while crisis.dot is a standalone, purpose-built address. crisis.dot reads as a payment destination without nesting. That makes it simpler to share and brand.

travel.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.
