Frequently asked questions about coolgames.dot

When does the .PAY Trademark Claims period run for BNPL checkout?

ICANN currently lists the .PAY Trademark Claims period from February 1, 2027 to May 2, 2027. For practical registration action, check your preferred label and pre-order path on domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Why was I charged before coolgames.dot was confirmed?

Placing a coolgames.dot pre-order authorizes payment up front so your request is funded and ready to submit at the drop. If coolgames.dot cannot be registered, that authorized amount is refundable under our stated policy. Read the billing sequence for coolgames.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How is a .PAY name different from a regular .com for fraud prevention?

A .PAY name immediately signals a payment-related destination, while .com is more general. For fraud prevention, that can make the URL easier to understand. Check availability and pre-order options at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. The usual registry and premium-name rules still apply.

Is coolgames.dot useful for a pre-order campaign?

Pre-orders ask customers to pay before delivery, so hosting them on coolgames.dot frames the commitment around a trusted payment address. The clear .PAY name can lift confidence in paying early. Reserve it at https://domain.pay/register.

Would travel.pay work as a payment brand for an ecommerce brand?

travel.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
