Frequently asked questions about consol.dot

For loan repayments, can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Should I avoid hyphens when picking an alternative to consol.dot?

Yes, avoiding hyphens in an alternative to consol.dot usually helps, since hyphenated names are harder to say and easier to mistype. domain.pay surfaces clean, hyphen-free consol.dot variants to choose from. Find clean names at https://domain.pay/domains.

What are the current .PAY launch dates in 2026 and 2027 for BNPL checkout?

Current ICANN dates: .PAY Sunrise is April 13–July 20, 2026; LRP1 is July 20, 2026–February 1, 2027; Trademark Claims is February 1–May 2, 2027. For registration or pre-order action, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Can I get a refund if my consol.dot pre-order fails?

Yes. Failed pre-order attempts for consol.dot are refundable under our stated refund policy, so if the pre-order cannot be fulfilled you are not left out of pocket. Review the full terms and start a pre-order for consol.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Do premium .PAY names cost more than standard names when choosing donate.pay?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
