Frequently asked questions about cloudstore.dot

What does it mean if a .PAY name is premium for BNPL checkout?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

What is the first step to claim cloudstore.dot?

The first step to claim cloudstore.dot is to check its availability on domain.pay and decide whether you qualify for trademark priority or a first-day pre-order. If you hold the cloudstore.dot trademark, prepare your SMD file. Start the process at /register.

Can I move a .PAY domain between registrars for an event ticketing business?

Transfers may be subject to registry, registrar and phase-specific rules, especially for LRP names. Start with domain.pay for the registration path and confirm eligibility before any transfer plan: https://domain.pay/register.

Are pre-order fees for cloudstore.dot refundable?

Yes — per our policy, if a pre-order attempt for cloudstore.dot fails to secure the name, the fee is refundable. The standard pre-order is $100. See refund and process details when you place your order for cloudstore.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

Could a .PAY domain be suspended for not being used for payments for an insurance billing portal?

Yes. The LRP policy says .PAY LRP names must be used in connection with payment-related services, and failure to demonstrate such use may lead to suspension or cancellation. Check the current path at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
