Frequently asked questions about citc.dot

Is .PAY a good fit for subscription billing for point-of-sale payments?

.PAY can work for subscription billing, account payment, renewal and failed-payment recovery flows. Search brandable options on domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. A clear .PAY label can reduce confusion when customers need to update payment details.

Which statuses can citc.dot have at the registry?

At any moment citc.dot can be available, premium (open at a special registry price), reserved (withheld), blocked (off-limits), or registered (already owned). These are set by Amazon Registry Services and can change. Check which applies to citc.dot now at https://domain.pay/domains.

Is .PAY a good fit for subscription billing when choosing trust.pay?

.PAY can work for subscription billing, account payment, renewal and failed-payment recovery flows. Search brandable options on domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. A clear .PAY label can reduce confusion when customers need to update payment details.

Why was my citc.dot pre-order refunded?

A refund on citc.dot usually means the pre-order attempt failed, for example because the registry allocated the name elsewhere or it never reached general availability. Failed attempts are refundable under our stated policy. See refund details for citc.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Where can I see the exact .PAY premium price for wallet.pay for crypto payments?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
