Frequently asked questions about cheeky.dot

What .PAY name should a crypto or DeFi product consider when choosing trust.pay?

trust.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Is my cheeky.dot priority claim public during the phase?

Trademark-priority claims on cheeky.dot are processed under the registry's rules, and the final registration of cheeky.dot appears in WHOIS once completed. The SMD itself stays your private credential during the phase. NicNames uses it only to verify your priority on cheeky.dot. Register at https://domain.pay/register.

What disputes can affect a .PAY Sunrise name for tax payments?

.PAY Sunrise registrations can be subject to Sunrise dispute procedures if the registration or denial violates the Sunrise criteria. Start by checking your own label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register, and coordinate with trademark counsel for formal dispute strategy.

Is cheeky.dot worth pre-ordering if its status is uncertain?

Because a $100 pre-order is refundable per policy when it fails, queueing cheeky.dot carries limited downside even if cheeky.dot's status is uncertain, while waiting risks losing it. The registry's classification ultimately decides the outcome. Pre-order cheeky.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

What does the $100 .PAY pre-order cover when choosing wallet.pay?

domain.pay lists standard .PAY pre-order service at $100 for a first-day attempt, with separate premium fees if the registry classifies the label as premium. See the current pricing here: https://domain.pay/pricing. Failed attempts are covered by the stated credit/cash-refund options.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
