Frequently asked questions about carrots.dot

What .PAY name should a payroll platform consider for digital wallets?

Yes. A wallet or payment app can use .PAY for a memorable payment-specific entry point. Check candidate labels through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If you own a matching trademark, consider the priority route; otherwise pre-order for broader access.

Why might carrots.dot be available when the .com is not?

Popular .com names are largely registered after decades of use, but .PAY is a newer namespace, so carrots.dot may still be open. That gives carrots.dot a chance to own a clean, on-brand payment address. Check carrots.dot availability at /register.

As an ecommerce brand, what does it mean if a .PAY name is premium?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

What if carrots.dot is generic, is carrots.dot still worth it?

If carrots.dot is generic, carrots.dot can still work for instant clarity, but domain.pay can also surface a more distinctive variant to stand out. Weighing both helps you balance clarity and uniqueness. Compare options at https://domain.pay/domains.

How should I check premium status before choosing a .PAY name for online checkout?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
