Frequently asked questions about bxb.dot

Can a licensee or assignee use a trademark for a .PAY registration for point-of-sale payments?

Trademark owners can register matching .PAY names during the priority/Sunrise path if they meet TMCH/SMD and identical-match rules. Start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. If you are not a trademark holder, use the pre-order path for broader access instead.

Does pre-ordering bxb.dot lock in today's price?

A bxb.dot pre-order is placed at the rate shown when you order, but if the registry changes the tier for bxb.dot before allocation the final fee can differ. If that happens or the attempt fails, bxb.dot is refundable under our stated policy. Review terms at https://domain.pay/pricing.

Is .PAY meant for loan repayments or just for general websites?

.PAY is best understood as a payment-focused domain ending for use cases such as loan repayments, checkout, billing, wallets and fintech. It is not a compliance substitute, but it can make the URL purpose clearer. Check your label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/.

Can I browse the full .PAY catalog if bxb.dot doesn't fit?

Yes. If bxb.dot doesn't fit your brand, you can browse domain.pay's full curated catalog to discover other payment-domain ideas, including names unrelated to bxb.dot. The catalog is built for exactly this kind of open-ended discovery. Browse it at https://domain.pay/domains.

As an event ticketing business, what .PAY name should an event ticketing business consider?

travel.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
