Frequently asked questions about blackmax.dot

What is TMCH and why does it matter for .PAY for digital wallets?

TMCH is the Trademark Clearinghouse. For .PAY priority registration, the trademark record must be validated and the registrant needs a matching SMD file. domain.pay can help start the fast-track or submission path: https://domain.pay/register. Begin early because TMCH handling takes time.

Does blackmax.dot look different in a browser address bar?

In the address bar, blackmax.dot appears like any URL but ends in .PAY instead of .com, making its payment purpose visible. There is no warning or oddity, since .PAY is a standard top-level domain. Visitors simply see blackmax.dot as a normal, valid address.

During the .PAY launch, can a trademark owner register a matching .PAY domain now?

Trademark owners can register matching .PAY names during the priority/Sunrise path if they meet TMCH/SMD and identical-match rules. Start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. If you are not a trademark holder, use the pre-order path for broader access instead.

Why was my blackmax.dot pre-order refunded?

A refund on blackmax.dot usually means the pre-order attempt failed, for example because the registry allocated the name elsewhere or it never reached general availability. Failed attempts are refundable under our stated policy. See refund details for blackmax.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

What .PAY name should an event ticketing business consider?

travel.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
