Frequently asked questions about bioventus.dot

Can I use my own SMD file and pay less for a .PAY submission when choosing bank.pay?

If you already have a valid TMCH-issued SMD file, domain.pay lists the submission-handling path at $100 plus any applicable premium retail fee. Check the current pricing and requirements here: https://domain.pay/pricing. The SMD must match the requested .PAY label.

Should nonprofits and charities protect bioventus.dot too?

Yes. Donors are frequent phishing targets, and a fake bioventus.dot payment page can intercept contributions while damaging trust in your cause. A $100 refundable pre-order makes securing bioventus.dot feasible for mission-driven organizations. https://domain.pay/register

Who qualifies for a .PAY domain in the Limited Registration Period for mobile money?

During LRP1, .PAY eligibility is limited to registrants that conduct payment transactions online using an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor, with payment-related use. For registration help, use domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Separate financial licensing depends on your activity and jurisdiction.

Does NicNames mark up the registry price for bioventus.dot?

NicNames passes through the registry tier for bioventus.dot: $100 for standard labels and the registry-set premium fee where bioventus.dot is classified as premium. Any optional services like VIP handling are itemized separately. See the bioventus.dot breakdown at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How should I check premium status before choosing a .PAY name for point-of-sale payments?

A premium .PAY name is a label with an additional registry retail fee set by Amazon Registry Services. Search the exact label at domain.pay to see current premium status and price path: https://domain.pay/domains. Premium status can change the total cost.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
