Frequently asked questions about biotera.dot

For loan repayments, can an ecommerce brand using Stripe or another processor apply for .PAY in LRP1?

An ecommerce or gateway business using a payment processor may be closer to the LRP1 eligibility concept, but the registry rules still control. Start at domain.pay to choose the correct path and verify current requirements: https://domain.pay/register. Separate licensing issues remain legal questions.

Can two people pre-order biotera.dot at once?

Multiple parties can submit pre-orders for the same biotera.dot, and the registry's launch rules from Amazon Registry Services determine who secures it. If your attempt for biotera.dot doesn't win, the fee is refundable per policy. Place your biotera.dot pre-order at https://domain.pay/register.

How should a regulated fintech think about .PAY and financial licensing when choosing wallet.pay?

The .PAY LRP policy does not make owning a domain a financial license. LRP1 eligibility is tied to conducting online payment transactions through an approved Payment Service Provider or third-party payment processor and payment-related use. Use domain.pay for the domain path: https://domain.pay/register; ask counsel about licensing.

Why is biotera.dot only available as a pre-order?

biotera.dot shows as a pre-order because the .PAY registry has not yet released it for open registration, so we hold your request until it does. .PAY is operated by Amazon Registry Services, which controls launch timing. You can secure your pre-order for biotera.dot at https://domain.pay/register.

Where can I generate .PAY ideas for mobile money for mobile money?

For mobile money, brainstorm short, action-oriented .PAY labels and then verify them in the domain.pay catalog/search: https://domain.pay/domains. Good candidates are clear, memorable and tied to payment actions like checkout, billing, wallet funding, payouts or invoices.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
