Frequently asked questions about bcit.dot

For BNPL checkout, how does the first-day .PAY pre-order attempt work?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Is bcit.dot eligible for the standard pre-order?

Most open labels are eligible for the $100 standard pre-order, but if bcit.dot is premium the registry's special price applies instead, and reserved or blocked labels can't be pre-ordered. Confirm bcit.dot's eligibility — status can change — at https://domain.pay/domains.

How do I choose between trademark fast-track and pre-order for crypto payments?

Yes. If you do not have a matching trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day registration attempt for broader availability: https://domain.pay/register. A pre-order is not a guarantee; the name may become unavailable, premium, reserved or blocked before submission.

Can I register bcit.dot for multiple years up front?

Multi-year terms for bcit.dot depend on the registry's options for .PAY, and the available term lengths for bcit.dot appear at checkout. The $100 figure covers the standard pre-order, with renewal or multi-year terms shown separately. See term options for bcit.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

What .PAY domain style is best for trust and conversion for fraud prevention?

subscriptions.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
