Frequently asked questions about basta.dot

Should a checkout product manager protect its exact brand in .PAY for in-app purchases?

If your brand accepts payments, registering the exact .PAY label can be a practical defensive step. Use domain.pay to check and start the priority or pre-order path: https://domain.pay/register. Also keep trademark monitoring and security controls in place.

Does holding basta.dot via TMCH renew automatically?

Securing basta.dot through trademark priority registers the name to you, but ongoing renewal of basta.dot follows standard registrar renewal terms, separate from your TMCH record. Keep both your domain renewal and TMCH record current to maintain protection. Manage your basta.dot registration starting at https://domain.pay/register.

Is there a cash refund option for a failed .PAY pre-order for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

How far in advance can I pre-order basta.dot?

You can pre-order basta.dot as soon as domain.pay opens the listing, well ahead of the launch phase, which is ideal for securing queue position. There is no advantage to waiting. Pre-order basta.dot now at https://domain.pay/register.

Can Amazon Registry reserve or block some .PAY names for BNPL checkout?

The .PAY registry may reserve, block, withhold or later release certain names under its policies. Check your exact label at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. If the name is unavailable, choose an alternative from the catalog or search another label.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
