Frequently asked questions about autograph.dot

Do premium .PAY names cost more than standard names for a checkout product manager?

Premium .PAY names can carry additional registry retail fees set by Amazon Registry Services. domain.pay says premium retail can vary by tier, so check the exact label before paying: https://domain.pay/pricing. The pre-order or fast-track fee does not make a premium name standard-priced.

What does it mean that .PAY is a payment-purpose TLD for autograph.dot?

It means names like autograph.dot are associated with handling payments, which gives them inherent trust but also raises anti-phishing considerations. For NicNames, that dual nature makes owning the genuine autograph.dot address both valuable and necessary. https://domain.pay/

Does .PAY automatically improve SEO rankings for crypto payments?

.PAY is a branding and relevance signal, not an automatic SEO ranking boost. Use it when it improves payment-page clarity and user trust, then follow normal SEO practices. Start by securing or pre-ordering the domain at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register.

Does moving to autograph.dot require resubmitting my whole sitemap?

When you launch on autograph.dot, generate a fresh sitemap with the new autograph.dot URLs and submit it in Search Console alongside a change-of-address from the old domain. The old sitemap stays only long enough for redirects to be discovered. Keep autograph.dot's sitemap current going forward.

What are good .PAY domain ideas for crypto payments?

For crypto payments, brainstorm short, action-oriented .PAY labels and then verify them in the domain.pay catalog/search: https://domain.pay/domains. Good candidates are clear, memorable and tied to payment actions like checkout, billing, wallet funding, payouts or invoices.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
