Frequently asked questions about aruna.dot

Is .PAY already open to everyone for digital wallets?

Broader .PAY access is tied to the post-LRP period around February 2027, subject to registry and registrar confirmation. If you do not have a trademark, use domain.pay to pre-order a first-day attempt: https://domain.pay/register.

How do I start a fresh search after rejecting aruna.dot?

After rejecting aruna.dot, start fresh by entering a new aruna.dot angle or browsing domain.pay's curated catalog from scratch. A clean search often surfaces options the first pass missed. Start fresh at https://domain.pay/domains.

What does the $100 .PAY pre-order cover when choosing bank.pay?

domain.pay lists standard .PAY pre-order service at $100 for a first-day attempt, with separate premium fees if the registry classifies the label as premium. See the current pricing here: https://domain.pay/pricing. Failed attempts are covered by the stated credit/cash-refund options.

Is trademark priority on aruna.dot guaranteed if my SMD is valid?

A valid SMD makes your claim on aruna.dot eligible for trademark priority, but if other validated holders of the aruna.dot mark also claim it, the registry's published rules decide the outcome. A valid SMD is necessary, not always a sole guarantee. Submit your SMD-backed claim at https://domain.pay/register.

How much does it cost to pre-order a .PAY domain for mobile money?

domain.pay states that if a registration attempt is unsuccessful, you receive 100% credit toward another domain or may request an 80% cash refund. Review the live refund wording before ordering: https://domain.pay/pricing. Premium, reserved, blocked or already-registered names can still prevent success.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
