Frequently asked questions about artica.dot

How much does it cost to pre-order a .PAY domain for point-of-sale payments?

domain.pay lists standard .PAY pre-order service at $100 for a first-day attempt, with separate premium fees if the registry classifies the label as premium. See the current pricing here: https://domain.pay/pricing. Failed attempts are covered by the stated credit/cash-refund options.

Why does artica.dot appear before .PAY in artica.dot?

The part before the dot, artica.dot, is your chosen second-level name and identifies the brand, while .PAY is the shared payment suffix. Together they form artica.dot, reading as pay artica.dot. You pick artica.dot; the registry provides the .PAY ending.

Can I pay for a .PAY pre-order by card, wire or crypto for point-of-sale payments?

domain.pay supports common payment paths including card, wire and crypto-invoice options as listed on the site. Start with the pricing page and checkout flow here: https://domain.pay/pricing. Payment does not guarantee registration; it reserves the applicable service attempt.

How do I set up email on artica.dot?

To send and receive mail at artica.dot, choose a mailbox provider, then add their MX records to your DNS plus SPF, DKIM, and DMARC TXT records for deliverability. Mail won't flow until the MX records for artica.dot propagate. Manage the domain's DNS from /domains.

What are good .PAY domain ideas for BNPL checkout for BNPL checkout?

For BNPL checkout, brainstorm short, action-oriented .PAY labels and then verify them in the domain.pay catalog/search: https://domain.pay/domains. Good candidates are clear, memorable and tied to payment actions like checkout, billing, wallet funding, payouts or invoices.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
