Frequently asked questions about armis.dot

Could a lookalike .PAY domain harm customer trust for cross-border payments?

.PAY is sensitive because it signals money movement, so lookalike domains can confuse customers. Check your exact brand and obvious variants at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is one brand-protection layer, not a full anti-phishing program.

How does armis.dot fit a deposit-and-balance model?

For businesses that take a deposit then a final balance, armis.dot hosts both steps on the same trusted address. Customers recognize the .PAY name across the two payments, reducing friction on the second. Begin at https://domain.pay/register.

What should I know about Amazon Registry and .PAY before registering?

Amazon Registry Services operates the .PAY top-level domain. A travel booking brand can search, pre-order or start a trademark-priority route through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/. domain.pay is the customer-facing place to act, while registry rules still control availability and eligibility.

Can I use armis.dot as a vanity short link for marketing?

Yes. A concise name like armis.dot works well as a memorable URL on print, ads, and packaging, redirecting to deeper landing pages. Use 301s and UTM parameters so traffic through armis.dot is tracked and passes SEO value. Set up the forwarding from /domains.

Would travel.pay work as a payment brand for online checkout?

travel.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
