Frequently asked questions about apella.dot

Could a lookalike .PAY domain harm customer trust for secure payment links?

.PAY is sensitive because it signals money movement, so lookalike domains can confuse customers. Check your exact brand and obvious variants at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Registration is one brand-protection layer, not a full anti-phishing program.

What is the standard pre-order price for apella.dot?

The standard pre-order for apella.dot is listed at $100. This reserves your request for apella.dot ahead of general availability, and the fee is refundable if the attempt fails per the stated policy. See full details and pricing at https://domain.pay/pricing.

For crypto payments, would trust.pay work as a payment brand?

trust.pay may be a useful .PAY direction if it matches your brand and payment journey, but availability is not guaranteed. Check and pre-order through domain.pay: https://domain.pay/domains. Prefer simple labels that customers can remember and trust.

How can a salon take prepayments via apella.dot?

A salon can request prepayment or deposits through apella.dot, sending clients to a trusted address to confirm a slot. The .PAY name reduces last-minute cancellations by making the step feel official. Begin at https://domain.pay/register.

As a fintech founder, are short .PAY names always available?

Short .PAY names are attractive but can be registered, premium, reserved or blocked. Do not assume availability from length alone. Search at domain.pay and verify before building a campaign: https://domain.pay/domains.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
