Frequently asked questions about amiri.dot

How do I know if cloud.pay is available for BNPL checkout?

Search the exact .PAY label at domain.pay to see current availability and premium status: https://domain.pay/domains. Availability can change quickly during launch phases, so verify before publishing names, ads or product screens.

Is the premium label for amiri.dot permanent?

No — premium is a registry classification from Amazon Registry Services that can be revised, so amiri.dot won't necessarily stay premium forever. Likewise a standard label could become premium. Because registry status can change, re-check amiri.dot at https://domain.pay/pricing.

How do I register a .PAY domain right now for online checkout?

Go to domain.pay and enter the .PAY label you want: https://domain.pay/register. The website checks availability and helps you choose between pre-order, trademark fast-track, or a different name if the label is already taken or premium.

Why is an SMD more secure than just emailing my trademark certificate for amiri.dot?

An SMD is cryptographically signed by the TMCH, so NicNames can verify it automatically without manually inspecting a certificate when granting priority on amiri.dot. A loose certificate could be forged or mistyped; the signed SMD cannot. That is why amiri.dot priority relies on the SMD. Submit yours at https://domain.pay/register.

Can I transfer a .PAY LRP domain to someone else for a remittance app?

A .PAY name registered during an LRP may be transferred only to a new registrant that fulfills the same LRP eligibility criteria. For registration or pre-order assistance, start at domain.pay: https://domain.pay/register. Do not buy or sell LRP names without confirming eligibility.

Availability is checked live and re-verified before payment. Pre-orders are first-day registration attempts — registration is not guaranteed; 100% credit toward another domain (or 80% cash refund) if unsuccessful.
